Since you've decided to visit this page we assume you're a little curious about who we are and what we're
all about.
We're a husband and wife investing team. That alone creates some interesting stories for you to read because, as
you can imagine, we don't always agree on everything in our business! But, we find a way to make it work as we've
taken the leap into this business full time. And now that we're getting some of the sticking points sorted
out, it's working pretty darn well for us. Especially the freedom! We absolutely love the freedom real estate has
given us.
But, we didn't start out as full time real estate investors. And we
certainly didn't start out smoothly!
We started investing in residential real estate together in September 2001.
We launched our Rev N You with Real Estate
newsletter in 2006, several years after spending $20,000 on a promise filled guru mentoring program that
led to some pretty incredible lessons.
 The program we took delivered on it's promise to teach us how to buy properties
with massive cash flow using little of our own money. Unfortunately the guru program didn't teach us
how to handle the problems that arose when our property manager robbed rent money from us, or worse when our
property manager turned our six plex into a crackhouse and we were fined in court for fire code
violations.
We went through some really tough times for awhile. We experienced a ton of stress, frustration and
financial challenges.
But we made it through and today we're full time real estate investors and part time real estate
investing educators. We help other investors get rolling with real estate using the fundamental principles of real
estate investing. We help folks create a real estate portfolio that works for them and their goals, and we do that
without any expensive and hype filled guru courses.
We stick to the fundamentals; The tried and true basic real estate principles. It's worked for us
and we believe it can work for you.
You'll never hear us talk about getting rich overnight. If that is what
you're looking for keep on clicking by. We give it you straight. And the truth is that real estate has allowed us
to create a life of freedom. But we've worked for it!
We will help you get into real estate investing without the hype and b.s. that comes with far too
many other real estate newsletters, blogs and programs in the market today. But you too will have to work for
it.
Each week we send out articles, resources, videos and tips to help you avoid the pitfalls we hit as
new real estate investors, and we'll show you how we're making money with rental properties today!

While we do try to respond to emails we receive, if you are not a student
of ours, we may not be able to get back to you in a timely manner. We apologize for this, but we receive
100's of emails every day and we just are not able to handle the volume without sacrificing our real business
of real estate investing!
